SHIPPING POLICY

Last Updated: August 19, 2026

1. ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

All Marine Pro orders are processed and fulfilled from our warehouse and supplier network in the Philippines.

Processing times vary depending on product availability and the type of product ordered.

In-Stock Products
Popular marine maintenance items, consumables, replacement parts, and other products identified as in stock are normally processed for shipment after successful payment confirmation.

OEM Catalog & Special-Order Parts
Specialized OEM engine parts, assemblies, electrical components, and other catalog items may be sourced from our authorized distributors or suppliers after an order is placed.

Processing times for these products depend on supplier availability, manufacturer lead times, and inbound shipping. Estimated availability may be provided at the time of order but is not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Special-order products may be subject to additional cancellation, return, or refund restrictions as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

2. SHIPPING CARRIERS & DELIVERY PARTNERS

Marine Pro works with a network of established shipping and delivery providers in the Philippines to provide customers with flexible and reliable delivery options.

Our shipping and delivery partners may include:

• AP Cargo
• J&T Express
• LBC
• Ninja Van
• Flash Express
• Lalamove
• ParcelPH

The shipping provider used for an order may vary depending on the destination, package size, dimensional weight, actual weight, product type, delivery requirements, and carrier availability.

For larger, heavier, oversized, fragile, or specialized marine products, Marine Pro may select a freight or cargo service that is more appropriate for the shipment.

Where available, the applicable carrier and shipping option will be displayed during checkout or communicated to the customer before dispatch.

Marine Pro reserves the right to use another reputable carrier or freight provider when necessary to safely and efficiently deliver an order.

Carrier names and logos displayed on the Marine Pro website are used to identify available shipping services and do not necessarily mean that every carrier is available for every destination or every product.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

Unless otherwise stated, all shipping, freight, handling, and delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Where available, shipping charges are calculated based on factors including:

• Delivery destination
• Package dimensions
• Dimensional weight
• Actual weight
• Number of packages
• Shipping method
• Applicable carrier charges

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

For oversized, unusually heavy, hazardous, restricted, or special-handling marine products, Marine Pro may need to provide a separate shipping quotation.

4. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION & DISPATCH

Orders are released for warehouse processing, packing, and dispatch only after successful payment confirmation through the applicable payment gateway or approved payment method.

Customers do not need to send payment screenshots when payment has been successfully confirmed through the payment system.

Marine Pro may contact the customer if additional information or payment verification is required before dispatch.

5. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination and shipping method.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, transit time is primarily controlled by the carrier and may be affected by:

• Weather and typhoons
• Port congestion
• Ferry schedules
• Provincial delivery conditions
• Holidays
• Customs or government procedures
• Carrier operational delays
• Remote-area delivery requirements
• Events beyond Marine Pro's reasonable control

Providing an estimated delivery date does not constitute a guaranteed delivery commitment unless Marine Pro expressly confirms a guaranteed delivery arrangement in writing.

6. TRACKING & WAYBILL INFORMATION

Where tracking or waybill information is available, Marine Pro will provide the applicable information so customers can monitor shipment progress.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

Once a shipment is in the carrier's possession, customers may also be required to coordinate directly with the carrier regarding delivery appointments, destination instructions, or local collection requirements.

7. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

• Full name
• Company name, if applicable
• Complete address
• Barangay
• City/Municipality
• Province
• Postal code
• Contact telephone number

Marine Pro is not responsible for additional costs, delays, failed deliveries, or return shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

8. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Customers should inspect packages as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If a package appears visibly damaged, customers should, where possible, photograph the package and its contents before opening or immediately upon discovering the damage and notify Marine Pro promptly.

Shipping damage claims may also require documentation or cooperation with the shipping carrier.

Marine Pro will work with the customer and carrier to investigate legitimate shipping-damage claims in accordance with applicable law and carrier procedures.

9. LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or incorrectly delivered, please contact Marine Pro so we can assist with the carrier inquiry.

Because shipments are handled by third-party carriers, Marine Pro cannot guarantee carrier delivery times or prevent delays occurring after dispatch.

10. REMOTE & SPECIAL DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Additional charges or special arrangements may apply to remote islands, offshore locations, restricted-access areas, or destinations that require special freight handling.

Where the carrier cannot provide standard door-to-door delivery, the shipment may be made available for pickup at an appropriate carrier facility or designated collection point.

Any additional charges will be communicated where reasonably possible.

11. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Marine Pro primarily fulfills orders within the Philippines.

If international shipping is offered or separately arranged, the customer may be responsible for international freight, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, permits, and other destination-country requirements.

International delivery is subject to carrier availability and applicable laws and regulations.

12. CHANGES TO SHIPPING POLICY

Marine Pro reserves the right to modify its shipping carriers, delivery methods, shipping rates, processing procedures, and other shipping arrangements.

Any applicable shipping charges and available delivery options will be presented during checkout or communicated to the customer before shipment.
